The latest tactic used by robbers to stop you while driving and to rob, rape or slash you has come to my attention after a friend of mine was trapped in
this situation. *
LATEST CASE*
My good friend was driving along Kesas Highway with his wife just after
Plaza Tol Puchong towards Kajang last Sunday 23rd December at around 11 pm
after attending a dinner function at his relative's house in Bandar Sunway.
Suddenly, a motorbike overtook them and the pillion rider threw 2 eggs
towards his car windscreen. Within seconds, his whole windscreen was smeared
with the messy broken eggs. His immediate reflex action was to turn on the
windscreen wipers which quickly covered the whole surface and blurred his
vision.
So he immediately slowed his car and brought it to a halt along the
emergency lane.
Then he got out of his car and was trying to wipe and wash the windscreen
while his wife was seated inside the car. All of a sudden a Proton Satria
stopped behind his car and 3 guys came running towards him with Samurai
swords screaming at him to surrender his car and wallet.
Luckily my friend, who is attached to the police CID, managed to pull his
gun out and fire two warning shots in the air. The 3 guys ran helter skelter
back into their car and drove off at a very high speed.
He called up for assistance and was told the getaway car had a false number
plate.
Apparently, this tactic has been used quite often in the latest string of
road side robberies especially with lady drivers or men driving alone or
with women and small children.
So please, should you encounter such a situation, REMEMBER to make sure: *
1) Not to turn on your car windscreen wipers.
2) Continue driving, with whatever available vision, to the nearest petrol
station, police station, 7 Eleven store or any other crowded or brightly
lit place to attract attention. *

We start our journey before noon...we were suppose to go in the morning...but then it was raining very heavy...so some of us overslept...so on the way to the spot we took our lunch..something light but bought extra tibbits for on the way up..lundu my fren :p k before we reach our destination, we decided to stop by man's kebun to take some coconut...while arriving no one was there so we would have to take it ourself...we dun have the long stick where they normally used it to pluck the coconut....so wan climb up and manage to pluck only one...with his kind and experience in tree climbing, i was able to bring back one coconut :D k we went to 3 spot to fish...the 1st place was a jeti near man's kebun...well we didnt catch much there and man caught the 1st fish in less than 10mins...rafiq were able to catch a mud skipper :p and that was a huge one...this is the 1st time i saw such huge one..k thats all then we decided to go to the beach..one the way to the beach we almost got stuck in the muddy road...imagine got stuck in a road with no one all the way at lundu :S hahaahha well thats not a problem for wan and man..wan drove a safari and even it took some power to go through, we manage to pass such terible road condition...then the last venue was another jeti..this one we can see the south china sea :D the pics below is the last jeti where we fish from 4pm to 10pm...we enjoy ourselves...the guys manage to catch some fishes including eel...for me maybe there will be luck next time :S

The following is an article from the Malaysian newspaper 'New Life
Post', although its authenticity is questionable, this story has
spread throughout much of Southern Asia and the implication it presented
has developed into something astonishing within the Islamic
world.

The following is a translated summary of the said article titled '
Impiety leads to heaven's
punishment:

Beautiful girl turned into rat!'.

Reporter scrambles to Indonesia to report on this most frightening
rumour, despite the chance of the pictures being computerized,
this rumour has shook Indonesia . Rebellious children are terrified
into obedience in fear of becoming the next "rat girl/ rat boy"
after hearing this story. The leaflet brought back by the
reporter traumatized 'New Life Post'! Who could have thought that
the fiend the photo was a beautiful girl, changed overnight into
a monster.

The leaflet says this is the punishment for the 'rat girls' disobedience to her parent, but her elderly
parent is left to face this cruel reality, day and night hear ache and cry, who
actually is being punished?

As to how and why this supposed transformation took place, the following may
provide you with a better understanding. These are real people and this is a real
incident, there are no lies told in this story. In Amman, there was a
beautiful girl that was singing Karaoke at home happily, but when she was interrupted by
her mother's chanting of the Koran she got angry and went into her
mother's room. She shouted at her and then took her Koran
and threw it. Her mother quickly fetched the book and hugged on to it to
stop her from doing further damage to it.

That night, the girl tripped and fell over in her home; her
parent helped her into bed as she cried out how her whole body
was aching. At midnight, the girl's body changed, her back bent
into a sharp arc shape, her legs couldn't straighten, the joints on her
arm and hands twisted and bent, she couldn't move like a human, she
could only crawl, just like a rat. Her back grew thick, rough
hair, her mouth and nose bulge sharply outwards, her mouth could
only nibble at things, her eyes darkened and soon her face was just
like a rat's face.

This story, supposedly true, sent shockwaves through the
people on Batam Island as it was described in further detail on the
article:

"Pretty girl changed into a rat girl" has been the talk of many
conversations in Indonesia. This story occurred during the end
of 2006, and can be compared with the 'thousand and one night' story .
Parents around Batam Island would tell their kids of this story:

If they woke up one morning as a rat, as a monster what will you do? A
reporter was sent specifically to investigate this story. On almost
every wall, the reporter could see leaflet depicting the story of
the 'rat girl'. This rat girl is more horrifying and pitiful than the
wolf boy and wolf girl of China, more saddening than the elephant girl in Malaysia.
The reporter stunned by the leaflet questioned locals about the
story and all of them swore that it was the truth. A business
man from the Batam Island went to Amman, Jordan and found out about
this story and brought back photos of her to Batam Island.
Not only is this story scary, but it also has a moral to it: Respect
your elders.

Although there is photo evidence that supports these claim plus
countless people swearing that the story is true. Human perception and
logic can be bent at times, and any computer running Photoshop
can be used to create potential 'hoax' such as this. This story is
apparently being further investigated by reporters in the Asian
region, and therefore we will keep you informed if any new development
occurs.

However, if we leave aside for a moment whether this story is authentic
or not, is it really impossible for something like this to happen?

Just to keep you updated, the price of petrol has gone record high @
USD81 on 18/09/07.

We have heard speculation that the price of cooking gas will be increased soon.

I think there will be increase right after our next general election.

Hope this tips works for us Malaysian as we were born not to be patience.

Hi, here's some petrol saving tips.

Someone who has been in petroleum pipeline business for about 31 years and is currently working for the Kinder-Morgan Pipeline in San Jose , CA wrote the following information:

We deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period from the pipe line; one day it's diesel, the next day it's jet fuel and gasoline. We have 34 storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 gallons.
Here are some tricks to help you get your money's worth.

1. Fill up your car or truck in the morning when the temperature is still cool. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground; and the colder the ground, the denser the gasoline.
When it gets warmer gasoline expands, so if you're filling up in the afternoon or in the evening, what should be a gallon is not exactly a gallon. In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and temperature of the fuel (gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum
products) are significant. Every truckload that we load is temperature-compensated so that the indicated gallon age is actually the amount pumped.. A one-degree rise in temperature is a big deal for businesses, but service stations don't have temperature compensation at their pumps.

2. If a tanker truck is filling the station's tank at the time you want to buy gas, do not fill up; most likely dirt and sludge in the tank is being stirred up when gas is being delivered, and you might be transferring that dirt from the bottom of their tank into your car's tank.

3. Fill up when your gas tank is half-full (or half-empty), because the more gas you have in your tank the less air there is and gasoline evaporates rapidly, especially when it's warm. (Gasoline storage tanks have an internal floating 'roof' membrane to act as a barrier between the gas and the atmosphere, thereby minimizing evaporation.)

4. If you look at the trigger you'll see that it has three delivery
settings: slow, medium and high. When you're filling up do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle to the high setting. You should be pumping at the slow setting, thereby minimizing vapors created while you are pumping. Hoses at the pump are corrugated; the corrugations act as a return path for vapor recovery from gas that already has been metered.
If you are pumping at the high setting, the agitated gasoline contains more vapors, which is being sucked back into the underground tank, so you're getting less gas for your money.

Well during my semester break i went to johor to join my frens to see the welcoming junior night for utmjb..well i did enjoy my stay and the time was too short to really move around..i meet alot of new friends and they are all good people...so the trip was something like this...went to johor on friday...then walk around town..then at night follow them to their welcoming juniors night...was very tired after that..had supper at some mamak stall..then next day went to singapore to see the city harvest church..very nice experience...went back at night and had our dinner before they send me back...next morning went to their church....finish church then go for breakfast...after that went around again before taking my flight back to home sweet home...thanks you all for bringing me around..really appreciate that..

After the one hour ferry trip..we go and look for some place to eat...walk and walk at the end we went to some chinese coffee shop and makan...

Argh...the most tiring trip is the 3 hours catastrophic ride from labuan to kk..

Luckily got mr.daim to accompany me on this c.jouney...

We arrive somewhere near evening time..wait no more we just take the nearest and reasonable place to stay...we all get wash up and walked around town...its easy to walk at the city because the road is just a straight way..wouldnt get lost or anything...but its better to walk in a group and becareful because i heard many stories of kk town...

Trip to Brunei

Just wanna share to some about my trip with the guys to kk(kota kinabalu)...but before we went off to kk we stop by brunei for a night because there were no more ferry going at night...
so on our journey, our car tire went went kaboosh when ah fatt went out to check the car bumper and went in...exactly when about to close to car door...the tire went kaboosh...well just because i took the picture didnt mean that i didnt help at all...well i did help on opening and closing the nuts...and the rest played their part as well..a nice and good experience at no where..

After a long way to brunei...alas we have arived..but another problem arise..we couldnt find a place to stay....luckily while driving around town..we found an information center...found it was one thing..another thing is that the information counter was closed..but..but luckily the building centre counter lady helped us...she explained about the routes and places to see...k from there we manage to bring ourselves around..and finally suggest to stay in...forgot the name :p

Yes..after a long day travelling and looking for a place to eat..we found this place..this is wat we had for dinner...after total up all and the price is shared among us 5 it should be reasonable..

After our dinner...we went for a walk at the pasar malam...thinking of looking for some local food...but honestly i dun think we found any...still to full to think of food at that time...and so we went to pasar gadong...

This is the pasar malam we went..to many food here but i dun have the pics.

This picture is one type of fast drink..they will do it for you on the spot. If can never never take vanilla pandan..unless you have a different taste bud than mine.

After a goodnite rest..we woke up at 6am++ and move on to the jeti and took the 7am ferry to labuan...well we all did sleep in the ferry..luckily it was just an hour journey..bye bye brunei haloe labuan..

Today early morning i went to the school..just below the mountain foot..on the way to a 3 to 4 journey walk to my kampung(village) well for beginners it should be somewhere that hour..so ill share some photo to you all to have some rough idea..note this is not my kampung yet...just the starting point of the 3 to 4 hours walk..

RM 18 Loaf of Bread no kidding..

This bread was bought from kl...it cost RM18 a loaf if mistaken...still got resit..it is at the kitchen..or maybe in the bin :p the name is Gion and then some japanaese or chinese writting but the side of it..very big and tasty :D just to share something i found out this week..
